Shipping & Returns

1. SHIPPING

a. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of placement. In the event of an unforeseeable delay, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise.

b. Local Deliveries - Singapore

i. All local deliveries within Singapore are fulfilled by Singapore Post or one of our nominated courier services.

ii. Standard flat rate delivery fee of SGD4.99 applies and will be displayed at checkout.

iii. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days. Singapore Post standard delivery days are Monday to Saturday. There will be no deliveries on Sundays & Public Holidays.

iv. Tracking information, once available, will be provided to you.

c. Deliveries - Malaysia

i. All local deliveries to Malaysia are fulfilled by Singapore Post or one of our nominated courier services.

ii. Standard flat rate delivery fee of SGD8.00 applies and will be displayed at checkout.

iii. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 6-8 business days.

iv. Tracking information, once available, will be provided to you.

c. International Deliveries

i. All international orders are fulfilled by DHL Express. If required, we may use an alternative logistics provider at our discretion

ii. Delivery fee varies by location and will be applied accordingly and displayed at checkout. See table below for full list of rates.

iii. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 1-7 business days. This may vary slightly depending on your location. If you are in a remote area, please contact us for an estimated shipping time.

iv. Tracking information, once available, will be provided to you.

d. Whilst Eco Staples shall use all reasonable efforts to meet the delivery timeline, you agree that Eco Staples is not and will not be liable for any loss or damage, howsoever it arises, if the products are not delivered by the estimated date.

e.
You, or your authorised representative, must be available to collect the product at the estimated time for delivery and at the nominated location. If you are not available at the delivery time and location, a second attempt at delivery can be arranged with our logistics provider. Once a third delivery attempt is required, Eco Staples reserves the right to charge an additional fee for each subsequent re-delivery thereafter.

f. You may provide authority to leave orders in a safe and accessible location of your choice, but in these instances, Eco Staples is not and will not be liable for any loss or damage, however it arises.

g. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address details are provided to Eco Staples. Where delivery is made to an incorrect address, an additional delivery fee of SGD25.00 will be charged to you for re-delivery to the correct address and must be paid prior to any further delivery attempts.

h. Eco Staples is not responsible for any Customs and/or Import duties levied by your country.

2. 
BULK ORDERS

a. Should you wish to place a bulk order (i.e. more than 10 t-shirts), please contact Eco Staples at hello@ecostaples.co and one of our friendly representatives will be in touch to discuss your needs.


3. RETURNS

a. Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority so if any item is not quite right for you, please contacts us within 7 days of receiving your order.

b. Should you wish to return an item please follow these steps:

i. Contact Eco Staples at hello@ecostaples.co within 7 days of receipt of order

ii. Carefully repackage the item(s) using the original packaging materials and include proof of purchase. Damage or Soiled items will not be accepted!

iii. Return your item(s) to: Eco Staples Returns - 50 Chin Swee Road #09-04, Thong Chai Building Singapore 169874

c. Please ensure you return your item(s) via a traceable service, as we cannot accept responsibility for any items damaged or lost in transit. Eco Staples does not cover return fees.

d. Once we have received your returned order, please allow us up to 10 business days for your returned items to be processed. You will be issued with a full refund minus the initial shipping fee. Refunds will be processed via the original form of payment.

e. It is worth noting, while some stores pass on the cost of return fees by including this in the price of their products, we do not. This ensures you will only pay a return fee where this is applicable to you and not for other customers' returns.


4. INCORRECTLY SHIPPED OR DAMAGED ITEM

a. If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item please email us within 7 days of receipt of delivery hello@ecostaples.co

b. Please include photos and a short explanation of the issue with your shipment so we can help resolve this as soon as possible.

c. We will assess the damaged and provide a replacement where possible or a credit note if deemed appropriate by us.

d. We only offer refunds on products at our absolute discretion.


5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

a. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once your item(s) have been shipped. If you were unable to cancel your order prior to shipping, you will need to return your item(s) as per the three steps listed above in Returns (section 3.b.i to iii)

b. After we receive your returned order, please allow us up to 10 business days for your returned items to be processed. You will be issued with a full refund minus the initial shipping fee. Refunds will be processed via the original form of payment.


6. ORDER CHANGES

a. We are only able to accept/process order amendments before your items have been shipped and this service is at no additional cost. In such instances, we will cancel the original order, provide a full refund and ask you to place a new order.

b. Unfortunately, we cannot change your order after it has been shipped, however if you’d still like to change your order please refer to our Returns policy and follow the steps.

7. EXCHANGES

a. Eco Staples does not currently offer an exchange option.
